Whales of Iceland, the spectacular whale museum, giving you the opportunity to experience the different whales found around Iceland from both land and sea. On this combo tour admission to Whales of Iceland is included in your Whale Watching ticket. Before or after your boat tour we recommend visiting Whales of Iceland on the other side of the Reykjavik’s Old Harbour area. The museum showcases 23 life-size whale models with a lot of in-depth information, interactive experiences, and underwater footage of whales shown on an 8-meter screen. The newest exhibit focuses on conservation where the multiple threats (and their solutions) that whales face today are showcased. The museum really gives you a feeling for how small we are compared to the ocean wildlife.
