The Tour is a combination of the best single-day itinerary tours in Iceland. The Reykjanes Peninsula with a Volcano Hike and Blue Lagoon, the Golden Circle, and the South Coast.

On arrival from the UK you’ll be transferred to your 3* Hotel in Reykjavik where you’ll spend the night in a room with a private bathroom and you will enjoy breakfast the following morning. Take this chance to see what the World’s most Northern capital has to offer.

The following morning you will be picked up and you don't have to travel far from Reykjavik to see vibrant geothermal sites, Seltún is one of those sites and is the first stop of the day. Visiting Seltún is like entering into another universe. Seltún has both bubbling mud pools and boiling hot springs.

Our next stop is Kleifarvatn, the largest lake on the Reykjanes Peninsula. This area is well-known for its geothermal and geological activities, and the landscape is coated with a thick coating of lava. We will have a quick yet amazing stop by the lake.

We then move on to the small lake called Grænavatn which is well-known for its striking colours. The name " Grænavatn " translates to "Green Lake," and as the name implies, the lake's colour is caused by the presence of sulphur, which gives it a seafoam green hue. The green is more vibrant the closer it is to the feature's centre.

We the head to the Fagradalsfjall Volcano where you will observe the eruption site of Meradalur and get to experience a genuine volcano after passing past the location of the last eruption. One of the most breath-taking vistas the world has to offer may be seen as you get closer to the Fagradalsfjall volcano's fissures. You will have plenty of time to explore, and your guide will allow you to come as close as is safe. Please be aware that although the volcano is no longer active, we will still tour the recently formed crater and lava field.

One our next stop you will cross continents, the bridge between the continents is a bridge that connects the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates on the Reykjanes Peninsula.

Reykjanes Peninsula is surrounded by volcanoes and covered with lava rock, demonstrating the impact this rift has on the country's landscape. There are also several educational signage around the area.

Gunnuhver Hot Springs is our next stop, this striking and vibrant geothermal area of several mud pools and fumaroles in the southwest of the Reykjanes Peninsula is known by the name Gunnuhver. It is connected to an intriguing local tale. Our Guide will guide you through every interesting story about this place.

We then finish the day at the famous Blue Lagoon which is regarded as one of the country's most delightful destinations. The water is translucent and strikingly blue, and it is surrounded by a variety of spectacular volcanic scenery. The spa's excellent ambiance is further enhanced by rising steam pillars. A perfect place to relax after a long day.

We then head to our accommodation for the night and we will be staying in nice Cabins or a Hotel in the beautiful setting of South Iceland.

The next morning we head out on the famous Golden Circle. Our first destination is Thingvellir National Park, where you will get the chance to walk between two tectonic plates. North American and Eurasian that are drifting apart by around 2.5 cm year! You will have time to walk around the park, admire beautiful öxarárfoss and see the first Icelandic parliament or as it is called Althingi in Icelandic.

Next on our agenda is Geysir geothermal area with an active geyser called Strokkur which erupts approximately every 10 minutes. We will stop here for a while, so you will have time to try to take an iconic photo with a geyser erupting like a fountain behind you. There are restaurants located next to the geyser area if you get hungry, want to buy souvenirs or use the toilet.

Our next stop is spectacular Gullfoss or Golden Falls. This amazing waterfall has been visited by tourists since 1875, it is very powerful but it is also known for its beauty as you might see a rainbow above the water or a golden hue shining in its glacier water.

The Efstidalur farm is our final stop of the day. This Icelandic family-run farm concentrates on cow and cattle breeding and adheres to traditional Icelandic farming culture. You'll be able to take in the magnificent mountain views, sample their exquisite dairy and food items, and witness the friendly animals while sampling their handcrafted ice cream. After this stop, we will also stop at a nearby place to pat the Icelandic horses.

Tonight we will be staying in nice Cabins or a Hotel in the beautiful setting of South Iceland.

This morning we head down the south coast and our first stop is Seljalandsfoss, a fascinating waterfall and perhaps one of the most visited waterfalls in Iceland. Its popularity is well deserved though as the Seljalandsfoss waterfall houses a very special surprise, in the summertime you are able to walk behind the cascade and get a tremendous view of the waterfall from behind. The water that feeds this 60m tall waterfall originates from the infamous Eyjafjallajkull glacier-capped volcano.

Skogafoss waterfall is next, the waterfall drops down from old sea cliffs some breath-taking 60 meters with views of Eyjafjallajkull volcano in the background on a good day. The power from the water along with the height of the cliffs around leave you without words. The waterfall can be visited at two levels. At ground-level you can approach the water as close as you feel like and really feel the power of nature. There is also another path leading to a platform above the waterfall which gives you a view of the waterfall from a different angle. On a good day, the view of the surrounding landscape is not to miss, if you are ready to take on the climb of a few hundred steep steps.

Next we have Kvernufoss Waterfall, the less visited Neighbour of Skgafoss. Kvernufoss waterfall is a beautiful 30-meters high waterfall that is half-hidden away in a gorge and is often overlooked by travellers. Like seljalandsfoss you can walk behind it, and it is very photogenic. The path to the waterfall is beautiful as well.

We will then travel to the southernmost village in Iceland called Vik and stop for lunch. This is a beautiful little fishing village, with only 300 inhabitants. You can even pick up some handmade gifts that are handcrafted here and made from local ingredients.

Then it is time to visit the world-famous black sand beach at Reynisfjara, where beautifully-shaped basalt columns hug the cliffs, volcanic sands are pounded by powerful Atlantic waves and the starkly shaped sea stacks of the Reynisdrangar tower just offshore.

We then head back to Reykjavik where you’ll be dropped at your hotel for your last night, enjoy the bars and restaurants of the capital before heading back to the airport the following day and your flight home.
