Day 2: Whale Watching from Reykjavik’s Old Harbour

Why not spend your morning soaking in the atmosphere of the city before heading to the Old Harbour for your 1pm whale watching tour? This experience gives you a close look at Iceland’s incredible marine life—keep your eyes peeled for minke whales, humpback whales, harbour porpoises, and white-beaked dolphins.

You'll set sail on one of the largest whale watching boats in Iceland. These sturdy vessels are designed with comfort in mind and include spacious indoor areas, large outdoor viewing decks, a café, and even a souvenir shop on board.

Evening: Northern Lights Hunt

Later that evening, we’ll pick you up for the Northern Lights tour—one of Iceland’s most iconic experiences. If your flight schedule allows, you can also choose to take this tour on your arrival night.

Our expert guides will take you away from the city lights to locations carefully selected based on real-time forecasts. With decades of experience and a high success rate, our team knows where you’ll have the best chance of spotting the Aurora Borealis dancing across the sky.

Your guide will explain the science behind this natural phenomenon and even offer tips on how to photograph it. It’s a magical moment that stays with you long after your trip.

Day 3: The Golden Circle and the Blue Lagoon

Today, you’ll explore the famous Golden Circle, a must-see route that showcases three of Iceland’s most spectacular natural wonders:

Þingvellir National Park – This UNESCO World Heritage Site is the birthplace of Iceland's ancient parliament and where you can see the rift between the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates.

Geysir Geothermal Area – Watch the lively Strokkur geyser erupt every few minutes, shooting boiling water up to 30 metres into the air.

Gullfoss Waterfall – One of Iceland’s most stunning waterfalls, Gullfoss tumbles down in two dramatic stages into a rugged canyon.

After a day of sightseeing, there’s nothing better than a relaxing visit to the Blue Lagoon. This world-renowned geothermal spa is surrounded by a surreal lava field and offers warm, mineral-rich waters perfect for a soothing soak. With your Comfort Package, you'll enjoy entrance to the lagoon, a silica mud mask, use of a towel, and a drink of your choice.

Once fully relaxed, you'll return to Reykjavik for your final evening.
