There are two restaurants and the main dining room is elegant with modern chandeliers, a fireplace and 180-degree views of the landscape and glacier. The menu is traditional Icelandic fare, such as salmon or lamb. Húsafell Bistro is a cosy restaurant that serves buffets, pizzas, and burgers among other things and is open for lunch and dinner every day of the week during the summer time. In addition, open in the summer months is a handy mini market.

Breakfast is buffet-style with British options including beans and sausages, as well as traditional options like Skyr.

Standard rooms have an ensuite bathrooms with hairdryer and free toiletries and offer Free Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, Coffee and tea maker, telephone and safety deposit box.
