The Hotel Holt is one of Reykjavik’s real gems. This small boutique hotel is situated in the Tingholt area of the city in a quiet residential street close to the British and US embassies and just a couple minutes walk to the Hallgrimskirkja Church.

However whilst the hotels location escapes the hustle and bustle of downtown Reykjavik it’s not far away, it fact you’re just 200 yards from the cities main street, Laugavegur which is lined with shops, bars and restaurants.
